I’M Living Out Loud – Challenge

This is more than a weight loss challenge this is about living life in the overflow.  For 3 months our goal is to progress mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

Throughout this period we will encourage and be accountable to each other.

Commit to make the extra effort – 212° the extra degree(to be explained)

  1. List the areas you want to change or improve over the next 3 months
  2. Track you progress –
  3. Participate in the F.A.T. to P.H.A.T group chats on myclubcoco.com
  4. Invite family and friends to join the challenge on myclubcoco.com

It will be up to you to decide the “how”.  For example, if you want to lose 10 pounds over the next 3 months, you can do any exercise program/diet you believe you will stay with and maintain.

Track your progress in the F.A.T. to P.H.A.T group on myclubcoco.com. Share your plan to lose those 10 pounds:

  • “I will take a 3-mile walk 4 days a week for 1 month.
  • Then I will add weight training 2 days a week for the last 2 months.
  • I will eat smaller portions and add more fruit and veggies to my diet.”

My job as the organizer is to provide ideas, tips, advice, support, “be an example” 1 Timothy 4:12, and share my progress. 

Change/Improve:

Spiritually:

  • Increase my faith
  • Make reading my bible a habit
  • Learn to meditate

Emotionally:

  • Practice self control
  • Reduce anxiety

Mentally:

  • Learn something new like to play the acoustic guitar
  • Stop worrying

Physically:

  • Lose 80 pounds
  • Make better eating choices
